All appointments must be booked online. No DMs or calls for bookings, please!
Need to reschedule? Let me know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
2. Payment Policies:
Payments are accepted via cash or e-transfer only. No exceptions, babe!
For some services, a deposit may be required to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule in time.
3. Late Policy:
Running late? A 10-minute grace period applies, but anything beyond that may lead to your appointment being canceled. Time is precious, girl!
4. Cancellations & No-Shows:
Life happens, but no-shows and last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in your deposit being forfeited. Respect my time as much as I respect yours. đź’•
5. Hygiene & Safety:
Please arrive with clean nails and lashes, ready for your appointment.
I keep it safe and sanitized here. Trust me to use only top-tier, clean tools and products.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee:
If something feels off, let me know within 48 hours so I can fix it. Your happiness is my priority!
7. No Guests Allowed:
Appointments are for clients only—no extra guests, kiddos, or pets in the space.
8. Personal Responsibility:
Please be gentle with your nails and lashes after your appointment. I can't be responsible for damage caused by improper care.
